Job description
Position Summary
Tax Manager
Develop, improve, and maintain all tax-related compliance and business processes.
Document internal controls and ensure tax compliance.
Collaborate with external advisors on R&D tax credit calculations.
Research and resolve tax notices and support audit closure activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Strong background in public accounting with SEC experience
- Experience in ASC accounting for income taxes, including stock‑based compensation, valuation analysis, and uncertain tax positions
- Experience with LongView a plus
