Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Application and Integration Business manager with a strong background in business process analysis, design, CRM / ERP set up and a proven ability to deliver seamless integrations using iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) tools. This role is responsible for optimizing CRM and ERP system functionality and managing integrations between our organization, customers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in configuring and customizing CRM and ERP solutions with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integration workflows that support business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to ensure effective use of CRM and ERP systems across the organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and recommend improvements.
- Configure, test, and deploy CRM and ERP modules to support various business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design, implement, and support integrations between the CRM or ERP system and third-party applications, customers, and vendors using iPaaS platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues and optimize integration architecture.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, business processes, and system modifications.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Stay current with ERP and iPaaS technology trends, recommending innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop integrations to a centralized data warehouse
- Create reports, charts and dashboards as needed for CRM and ERP
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of experience as a CRM or ERP functional analyst or similar role.Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).Proven experience with iPaaS tools and integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato).Strong understanding of business processes in finance, field service, sales, and procurement.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with customers and vendors to facilitate system integrations.Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation.Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based CRM and ERP solutions and SaaS integrations.Knowledge of API management, EDI, and other integration protocols.Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar Fabric environmentsStrong documentation and training capabilities.Reporting Structure
The CRM Application and Integration Business Manager reports directly to the VP of Business Systems and regularly collaborates with employees and management across the business.
