Program Manager - Diversity and Inclusion

A company is looking for an Access & Opportunity Engagement Ecosystem Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive program management from strategy and needs assessments to execution

Align programs with organizational priorities and optimize existing programming for System Resource Groups

Develop recommendations for new programs and leverage analytics to evaluate impact and effectiveness

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Human Resources, or a related field

Typically requires 7 years of experience in policy and program development in the healthcare field related to diversity

Knowledge of best practice learning and development methods in large organizations

Experience in research and implementation of programs

High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and similar technology solutions
