Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is looking for a street-smart, goal-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Essential Job Functions : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Do :

Hit the streets daily to promote and sell IWS’s waste and recycling services.

Build a strong book of business by signing new accounts and renewing existing ones.

Develop strategic sales plans to crush revenue targets.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of service and customer satisfaction.

Keep your CRM updated with every win and lead

Requirements and Qualifications :

What We’re Looking For :

Proven success in contract sales and commercial account management.

Experience in high-volume sales environments with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).

Comfortable navigating NYC’s five boroughs.
