Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Audit Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises teams to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Implements measures to mitigate risks to program integrity and assesses nursing processes for efficiency
Maintains documentation of nursing program activities and produces regular reports on compliance and quality metrics
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Current, active, and non-restricted RN licensure required
Coding certification preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience; 8-11 years preferred
Healthcare experience with utilization reviews and knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid regulations preferred
