Loan Administration Supervisor
This position supervises the daily activities of the loan administration department that performs a broad variety of loan service functions. General duties include:
- Manages and monitors credit and documentation files to ensure compliance with loan covenants
- Ensures compliance with procedures, regulations, and guidelines
- Manages and monitors the exceptions report for all loan officers
- Monitors past due loans and works with the loan clerk to resolve
- Monitors board reports for exceptions and denials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Performs quality checks on ACCU scanning and resolves any issues prior to final lender review
- Writes policy and procedure for loan administration staff to ensure they have full knowledge of the jobs they are performing
- Works with auditors on any special requests they may need regarding loan files
- Serves as the hiring manager for the Flying Horse and Monument loan administration department
- Provides training for new hires in the Flying Horse and Monument loan administration department
- Approves vacation and sick leave requests for loan administration staff in Flying Horse and Monument
- Performs notary services for the bank as needed
- HMDA Reporting
- Other duties as assigned
