Loan Administration Supervisor

This position supervises the daily activities of the loan administration department that performs a broad variety of loan service functions. General duties include:

• Manages and monitors credit and documentation files to ensure compliance with loan covenants
• Ensures compliance with procedures, regulations, and guidelines
• Manages and monitors the exceptions report for all loan officers
• Monitors past due loans and works with the loan clerk to resolve
• Monitors board reports for exceptions and denials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Performs quality checks on ACCU scanning and resolves any issues prior to final lender review
• Writes policy and procedure for loan administration staff to ensure they have full knowledge of the jobs they are performing
• Works with auditors on any special requests they may need regarding loan files
• Serves as the hiring manager for the Flying Horse and Monument loan administration department
• Provides training for new hires in the Flying Horse and Monument loan administration department
• Approves vacation and sick leave requests for loan administration staff in Flying Horse and Monument
• Performs notary services for the bank as needed
• HMDA Reporting
• Other duties as assigned
