Intake Specialist

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Inbound).

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments for multiple locations

Communicate professionally with patients and document appointment requests

Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Good fit for the job as determined by a skills assessment

Experience in a medical office preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
