Program Manager
Key Responsibilities : System Implementation & Configuration o Deploy and configure Primavera P6 (or equivalent tool) for Vehicle Program use. o Develop customized dashboards, workflows, and reporting aligned with stakeholder needs. o Integrate workstreams including Design, Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise functions. Program Scheduling & Integration o Create and maintain a consolidated master timeline across all vehicle program phases. o Define tasks, durations, dependencies, and milestones across functional workstreams. o Align schedules with resource allocation, risk management, and program deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration o Facilitate integration planning sessions with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise leaders. o Implement collaboration workflows for schedule updates and dependency tracking. o Conduct validation workshops with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability. Training & Knowledge Transfer o Develop and deliver training programs (pilot, full workstream, and rollout phases). o Create user guides, quick reference sheets, and training materials. o Lead train-the-trainer sessions and ongoing knowledge reinforcement activities. Governance & Reporting o Establish executive-level dashboards and reports for schedule visibility. o Monitor adherence to timelines, critical paths, and resource usage. o Provide regular progress updates and status reports to leadership. Post-Implementation Support o Lead system optimization based on user feedback. o Ensure integration with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM). o Provide ongoing support, documentation, and system maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : Success Criteria Pilot Vehicle Program timeline implemented and validated by October 31, 2025. Full integration and consolidated schedule available by February 2026. Complete rollout with trained users and documented workflows by May 2026. Demonstrated improvements in program visibility, coordination, and stakeholder satisfaction. Experience Level : Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00 / hr.
