Wholesale company located in Riverside is seeking a customer service representative / data entry clerk. The position will be part time with the possibility of full time. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Answering phones

Greeting & assisting customers with orders

Order Entry/Invoicing

Payments

Account Maintenance

Filing/Copying/Shredding

The qualified candidate will possess the following skills:

Ability to work as a team

Ability to navigate office equipment

Phone skills & professional demeanor is required

Self Starter

Quick learner

Attention to detail

Bilingual preferred (but not necessary)

Customer Service experience preferred but not required
