Sensitive Activities Advisor
The Ascendancy Group's mission is to be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) focused technical, service and training-based solutions. Opportunity overview : The Ascendancy Group is seeking candidates to serve as 3X sensitive activities planners supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) special operations forces (SOF). These positions are for full time employment with potential for 8 months continental United States (CONUS) / 4 months outside continental United States (OCONUS) rotational deployments in austere areas.
Primary responsibilities :
- Sensitive activities planners are responsible for the integration and synchronization of 3X activities in support of SOF missions globally.

Qualifications :
To qualify, individuals must be able to clearly and concisely articulate :How their technical skillsets and experiences are relevant to the position and missionExamples of working cohesively within a small team environment with referencesCandidates must :Possess a minimum of ten (10) years' experiences directly supporting one of the following organizations / units. Over twenty (20) years' experience is preferred :United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC)Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC)Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC)Naval Special Warfare (NSW)Explosive Ordinance Disposal (Any service Branch)Intelligence CommunityPossess a current top-secret security clearance with access to SCI, and willingness to submit to a CI poly is required.Desired attributes :
Proven experience documenting operational planning activities and outcomes using traditional and emerging tools and formats associated with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) which includes, but is not limited to, mission analysis briefings, Course of Action (COA) decision and Concept of Operation (CONOP) approval briefings, Decide, Detect, Deliver, Assess (D3A) execution matrices : CONOP documents, and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).Proven experience delivering "cradle to grave" solutions to supported customers, to include capability gap identification, resourcing, planning, integration, and operational execution.
