CNC CAM Programmer opportunity open with a global leader in advanced manufacturing with a major facility in Columbia, SC. This is a first-shift, full-time role where you’ll take ownership of programming and optimizing CNC equipment that produces highly engineered, precision components used in demanding industries.

This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, modern shop environment with a company that values innovation, collaboration, and career development.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Program and optimize CNC machines for milling, turning, and multi-axis work

Edit and fine-tune G-code and CAM programs to improve output

Interpret blueprints and CAD models to create efficient machining strategies

Run test programs and first article inspections for new jobs

Partner with machinists and engineers to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of CNC machining and / or programming experience

Strong proficiency with G-code and CAM software

Hands-on troubleshooting skills and ability to support machinists on the floor

Bonus : Swiss or sub-spindle machining experience
