Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent role in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a top-tier healthcare facility in Seattle, Washington . This opportunity is ideal for an RN experienced in critical care who is passionate about delivering expert, family-centered care to critically ill children offering $75,000 to $150,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As a PICU Registered Nurse, you will :

  • Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill or injured pediatric patients
  • Monitor and manage ventilators, drips, and life-support equipment
  • Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies
  • Provide emotional support and education to families during difficult situations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in EMR systems
  • Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols
  • Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (or compact license, if applicable)
  • BLS and PALS certifications required ; ACLS and CCRN (Pediatric) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of PICU or pediatric critical care experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and crisis management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with families and care teams in high-stress situations
