Mfg Machine Shop Production Manager

The candidate must be a proven leader and have specific experience in precision machining in carbon & Chromium / Nickel / Molybdenum alloys. Candidate must be able to lead with limited direction & interact effectively. Demonstrated delivery of manufacturing metrics; Safety, Quality, Productivity & On-Time Delivery is essential. Position is salaried, manages a team of approx. 20 and reports to the President.
