Job Summary :
The Product Director Active Enclosures is responsible for the direction of the fiber product development and marketing efforts. This position will drive design engineering personnel and product managers to execute and grow current product offerings.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Responsibility over the Active Enclosures product line P&L.
Analyze market trends and determine how the company capabilities, product portfolio, and channels can be leveraged or adapted to meet evolving customer needs.
Identify and pursue new product and business opportunities, transforming innovative ideas into actionable business plans.
Define strategic product roadmaps spanning 2 to 5 years and guide cross-functional alignment to ensure execution.
Develop and secure approval for business cases that support product and project initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
Provide accurate product forecasts to support planning, budgeting, and operational decision-making.
Plan and manage products to customers through multiple channel paths.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Structured, organized, and oriented, able to multitask on several large projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills.
Expected travel level up to 25%.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
MBA preferred.
10 years of related experience in the telecommunication or datacenter field required.
Experience with mechanical and electrical product development required.
People management experience required.
Account management experience desired.
Experience with telecommunication companies such as wireless carriers, communication OEMs, and datacenters / hyperscalers required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
