- In this long-term care nursing role you will provide direct patient care under supervision, monitor and document patient status, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, perform wound care, manage pain control, assist with activities of daily living, and support rehabilitation goals and care planning.
- You will collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, social workers, and therapy teams to ensure comprehensive and consistent care, while maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records and ensuring safety, infection prevention, and compliance with regulations.
