We are seeking a Recruiter for our Warren, MI headquarters focused on recruiting for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians, and more for Central Transport . We are seeking an entry level, aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. On top of a competitive base salary, Recruiters can earn up to $300 / hire!

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers and other roles within your given region.
• Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
• Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
• Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.
• Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.
• Daily administrative functions as needed.
