Commercial Portfolio Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Portfolio Manager II, Franchise Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage credit risk for commercial clients by analyzing financial statements and monitoring loan portfolios

Facilitate customer credit needs through underwriting and ongoing credit monitoring activities

Collaborate with relationship managers throughout the deal process to ensure accurate risk ratings and compliance with credit policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of combined education and work experience with 5 years in commercial credit

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and credit metrics analysis

Emerging proficiency in understanding and negotiating legal documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
