The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Architect or Architectural Designer actively pursuing licensure to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in all phases of design and construction , from concept to completion, and to develop the skills and leadership needed to advance toward project management and firm leadership .

Responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Produce and coordinate architectural documents with internal teams and consultants.
• Collaborate directly with partners, project managers, and clients to develop creative design solutions.
• Contribute to the design and documentation of Senior Living, Educational and Commercial projects.
• Gain meaningful field experience and exposure to construction processes.
• Engage in mentorship programs and structured yearly career reviews.
