Leprino, a global leader in the dairy food and ingredient industry, is seeking a Janitorial Technician who is responsible for maintaining the appearance and sanitary condition of plant general areas, restrooms, lunchrooms, and locker rooms.

A Janitorial Technician is expected to maintain a clean environment, adhere to all the Good Manufacturing Practices, wear Proper Protective Equipment, Understand Standard Operating Procedures and know Critical Control Points pertaining to Food Safety and USDA regulations.

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role is $19.14 with step increase at 6 months. In addition, a night shift premium of $1.25 per hour is added for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM.

We Ask of You To :

• Clean lunchrooms : remove trash, wipe off tables, clean microwave, sweep and mop floor, clean all windows, clean out refrigerators.
• Clean locker rooms : scrub showers, dust lockers and stalls, sweep and mop floors, empty trash and report uniforms left on the floor to HR Generalist.
• Clean restrooms : sanitize toilets and urinals, scrub hand sinks, clean and refill soap, paper towels, sanitary napkin dispensers, refill toilet paper, sweep and mop floor, clean mirrors etc.
• Stock paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers in all general areas.
• Utilize Gator or outside bin to haul trash bags to proper outside dumpsters or trash compactors.
• May be required to cover / clean offices; remove trash, sweep, mop or vacuum floor, dust overhead, clean VDT screen, clean whiteboard, dust chair, clean desktop, table, clean windows etc.
• May be required to help move dirty linen bins for uniform company.
• Sweep and mop staircases in general areas.
