Salary : $18-$22 / hour

Production :

• Transfer of wort and beer at a pace congruent to our production schedule
• Monitoring fermentation and documenting metrics in order to guarantee healthy beer (DO, CO2, Gravities, etc)
• CIP of tanks and brewing equipment that meet our standard of cleanliness while following all safety guidelines
• Self managed cleaning of interior and exterior of all kegs as well as ensuring the integrity of the shell / spear before filling
• Assisting in canning operations (including filling, packing, labeling)
• Filling of kegs with adherence to company standards
• Operation of filtration equipment and associated upkeep with said equipment
• Maintaining high level of Quality Control-Training and cross-training of current and future cellar technicians
