About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a visionary and actionable VP of Product who will spearhead the development and expansion of our AI-powered care platform. This key role will reshape the patient experience by blending the empathy of human providers with the capabilities of advanced machine intelligence. You will set the vision and strategic direction for the platform, translating ambitious goals into scalable, easy-to-use consumer experiences.

As a leader, you will define KPIs to assess success across multiple areas, with a strong emphasis on driving intelligent automation, enhancing human-AI collaboration, and ensuring that each AI interaction meets standards of safety, trust, and medical rigor.

Your role will also encompass owning the mobile app experience. You will lead the product roadmap and oversee execution aimed at boosting user retention, activation, and conversion rates.

Requirements include a minimum of 10 years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years focused on consumer mobile and / or AI-enabled platforms. A proven history of leading product development in diverse, cross-functional teams, deep empathy for users, and strong product intuition are essential.

Familiarity with AI / ML technologies and the capability to productize them safely and effectively are crucial. We're seeking a standout communicator who can manage stakeholders effectively, embody our mission, and is driven by the challenge of building the future of care. You must excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data, Design, and Clinical partners.
