Job descriptionNovember 2–7, 10–14 December 9–12, 18–19 January 1–2 21 nights per month 14 day shifts per month Shift Times : Days 7a–7p | Nights 7p–7a Schedule Flexibility : Block scheduling available Hospital Beds : 50 ICU : Open ICU model (tele-pulm / CC support) Trauma Level : III Daytime Staffing : 1 Physician + 1 APP Nighttime Staffing : 1 Physician Support Specialists : Cardiology, Surgery onsite; tele-pulmonary / critical care EMR : Epic Rounding + Admissions (5–7 admissions per shift) Average Census : ~15 patients per provider ICU management required (vent management, central lines, intubations) Procedures required : central line placement, intubation, ventilator management Hospitalists run all codes APP supervision required Board Certification : Internal Medicine (FM pending bylaws confirmation) Licensure : Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain) Skills : Comfortable managing ICU patients, performing procedures, and responding to codes Experience : Prior hospitalist practice with procedural competence required Certifications : BLS, ACLS required Immediate short-term coverage opportunities + ongoing long-term block scheduling Balanced community hospital environment with Epic EMR Procedures, ICU management, and code leadership for a well-rounded hospitalist practice Competitive compensation with Rhino Medical’s full travel, lodging, and malpractice support Concierge-level credentialing and scheduling services Build a wide professional network by collaborating with different healthcare teams, opening doors for future career prospects and collaborations.
