Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

A company in the Trumbull area is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support the accounting department and Controller. This role is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility on days and hours, as long as work is completed during regular business hours. Responsibilities :

• Receive and sort Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders or subcontracts
• Work with vendors
• Oversee the A / P sub-ledger.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Initiate vendor payments promptly and accurately.
