Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

This role presents a unique challenge beyond daily responsibilities, allowing you to play a significant part in a dynamic team.

You will report directly to the Director of Engineering.

Your daily contributions will include :

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable full-stack applications utilizing React, Next JS, TypeScript, Java, Node JS, and modern frameworks.
• Employing AI-powered tools such as Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, and Perplexity to enhance efficiency, user experiences, and deliver unparalleled solutions.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to elevate ideas across our multiple brands.
• Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code to ensure ease of maintenance and expansion.
• Championing straightforward, scalable solutions by thoroughly understanding business challenges.
• Identifying potential technical improvements and suggesting architectural enhancements proactively.
• Leading by example through code reviews and mentoring junior engineers while promoting best practices.
• Engaging in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Monitoring production systems and providing daily support to ensure their stability and performance.
• Occasionally leading a small team of 2-3 engineers from planning through execution.
