Job descriptionRequires a valid driver's license; position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record according to policy. Electronics Technician 4 - Tysons, VA 100% Travel at M.C. Dean, Inc.

We design, build, operate, and maintain cyber-physical solutions for mission-critical facilities, secure environments, complex infrastructure, and global enterprises. Headquarters in Tysons, Virginia, the company delivers resilient, secure, and innovative power and technology solutions through engineering expertise and smart systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electronic security systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
- Lead teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision.
- Lead and document daily toolbox talks, ORMs, and safety audits.
- Install and maintain equipment at local and global levels per design packages.
- Program and install head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot and isolate systems and hardware locally and globally.
- Lead on-site software commissioning and testing.
- Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; perform takeoffs from project drawings; create documentation.
- Document and track RFIs; provide design assist and feedback.
- Document daily reports and project progress; communicate issues to management.
- Create and manage project schedules; integrate IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
- Forecast and manage project labor hours; communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
- Guide and mentor technicians.
- Position requires 100% travel.
Qualifications
Clearance / Citizen Type : Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, for access to classified information. No clearance is needed at present.
