Role Overview
We’re seeking a data‑driven brand leader to own Affinity’s entire awareness strategy and drive measurable brand recognition in high‑value markets, particularly private equity. This isn’t a role for random acts of brand—we need someone who creates thoughtful, multi‑quarter campaigns that fuel pipeline and revenue growth. This role reports directly to the CMO.

Work Location
Remote, San Francisco or New York. For those located in San Francisco or New York, we’re embracing a hub‑hybrid model designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in‑person collaboration. Team members within commuting distance are expected in‑office 2–3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114,200.00 – $192,780.00 USD Base. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
