Job Summary :
The Services Operations Administrator provides critical administrative and process support to the Service Delivery organization . This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing customer and vendor purchase orders (POs) while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement in service delivery and billing operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement process improvements to maximize operational efficiency and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary contact for customer and vendor PO inquiries.
Manage the full PO lifecycle including tracking, validation, billing, closure, cancellation, and extension .
Validate customer and vendor requests to ensure timeliness, compliance, and financial accuracy.
Review and reconcile pass-through costs to maintain billing and contract integrity.
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to resolve PO exceptions and ensure accurate reporting.
Monitor Oracle budgets and assist in maintaining accurate accounts receivable and invoicing transactions.
Support project setup and fee validation , ensuring alignment with established business practices.
Prepare reports and analysis for invoicing, fees, and PO metrics to support operational visibility.
Contribute to developing and maintaining consistent standards, templates, and documentation for PO management.
Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
1–2 years of related experience in operations, finance, or procurement support.
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Prior purchase order management or financial processing experience.
Experience in a shared services or global operations environment.
Familiarity with accounts payable / receivable systems and invoice reconciliation.
