Marketing Coordinator

Parsons is seeking a creative and agile Marketing Coordinator to support our Federal Aviation programs as part of the Corporate Affairs team. This role will play a key part in executing high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate program visibility, drive stakeholder engagement, and support long-term strategic growth.

The ideal candidate has experience working in national security, government, or federal aviation sectors, and thrives in fast-paced environments. They bring strong graphic and creative development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to help deliver results that matter.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Support the development and execution of the Federal Aviation marketing strategy and campaign roadmap
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling creative assets
• Assist in messaging development, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications
• Manage fast-turnaround deliverables and ensure quality under tight deadlines - Coordinate with the Corporate Affairs team to identify and promote early program successes
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics across media relations, social media, and advertising
• Contribute to the development of business cases and marketing plans that support program implementation
• Partner with the External Communications team to guide creative direction and ensure brand alignment
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
