Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex cross-functional design and business challenges by deconstructing problems into scalable Android solutions (Kotlin, MVVM / MVI, Jetpack Compose) and driving portfolio-wide improvements through simplification, optimization, and bottleneck removal.
• Lead the design and development of integrated enterprise applications, ensuring resiliency, scalability, and maintainability while aligning with architectural standards, modern AI-driven capabilities, and recommended engineering frameworks.
• Drive reliability and performance through disaster recovery planning, observability (dashboards, alerts, metrics), capacity and regression testing, chaos engineering, and recovery runbooks to ensure robust, production-ready Android solutions.
• Guide and mentor engineers across the SDLC by instilling best practices in code quality, test coverage, security, and Agile methodologies, while fostering adoption of modern Android technologies (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM / MVI).
• Evaluate and recommend emerging tools, frameworks, and AI technologies, champion architectural alignment, and simplify solutions to accelerate delivery and increase efficiency across large-scale application initiatives.
