What we offer
The Sales Engineer reports to the VP of Pre-Construction and is responsible for conducting a wide range of sales activities in support of the Sales Department and the Capstone business plan. Types of HVAC selling include, but are not limited to, light-commercial new construction, light-construction change-outs, industrial processes, building automation and controls, and service agreements.
The Sales Representative will work a standard schedule with some weekend and night work. Job-related contacts can occur with all demographic groups, with most of daily contacts being with potential or actual Capstone customers.
