Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Process Optimization & Delivery Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and optimize current processes across operations and technology to enhance efficiency and quality
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational health and delivery effectiveness
Champion continuous improvement methodologies and facilitate workshops to foster a culture of learning
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
Proven track record in optimizing processes within technology or program delivery environments
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis techniques
Proficiency with process management and visualization tools
