Senior Research Director, Patient Experience

A company is looking for a Senior Research Director, Patient Experience - Direct to Patient Observational Research.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an individual research portfolio and ensure quality of client deliverables

Provide senior-level oversight for project work, analyses, and maintain external visibility in the research community

Participate in the development of scientific direction, innovative strategies, and support business development efforts

Required Qualifications

PhD with 10+ years of experience or MA with 15+ years in health outcomes and patient-centered research

Proven track record of scientific outputs, particularly in peer-reviewed publications

Strong networking skills for business development

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with SAS or similar software

Ability to lead project teams through complex and collaborative projects
