Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates team collaboration and self-organization to deliver business value

Plans and conducts standard meetings, including backlog preparation and sprint planning

Removes impediments and escalates issues as necessary to ensure team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or related certification preferred

3+ years of experience in information technology

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

SAFe Agile experience is recommended
