Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to review project plans and specifications. Analyze project requirements and develop budgets that align with client expectations. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and timelines. Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs for future reference. Support contract negotiations by providing cost-related insights and recommendations. Monitor project progress and provide updated cost analyses as needed. Stay current with industry trends, material costs, and construction methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have :

• A solid background in construction cost estimation within the Property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate estimates.
