We are a nationally recognized, award-winning, full-service landscape design company. From site design plans by one of our design professionals, to yearly organic lawn care and maintenance programs, to custom masonry, we offer landscaping services throughout Bergen County and the Northern New Jersey area.

As a Hardscape Construction Team Member , your responsibilities will include installing various hardscape features such as pavers, patios, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens, as well as performing tasks like mulching, planting, hardscape and masonry installation, moving debris, laying sod, and providing weekly maintenance. You must have a strong work ethic, demonstrate reliability and dependability as a team member, be able to work in a team environment and have attention to detail in your work output.

While a New Jersey driver's license is preferred, previous landscape industry experience is a plus. We also welcome bilingual candidates who speak both Spanish and English, though that is not essential. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and be willing to learn to operate small equipment necessary for job duties.

We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, along with benefits that include a 401(k), health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and additional perks such as overtime and performance bonuses.
