Fund Secondaries Operations Associate
Nasdaq Private Fund Solutions is looking for an engaging Fund Secondaries Operations Associate to join our growing private funds team. This role will be primarily responsible for the setup and support of liquidity events for funds within the private equity ecosystem, along with the day-to-day management of client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant operations experience, focused on fund management, fund administration or similar experience in supporting relationships with alternative asset managers, wirehouses, or institutional investors. This position is located at the Nasdaq office in Denver.

The base pay range for this role is $59,400 - $75,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus / commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to : skill set, experience, education / training, business needs and market demands.
