Pay : $16-18 / hr
About the Role
We’re seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team at a leading food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food processing.
Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and monitor food production machinery according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality requirements
- Adjust machine settings for speed, temperature, and other variables to maintain optimal performance
- Load raw materials and packaging components into machines as needed
- Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions to maintenance
- Maintain accurate production and downtime records
- Clean and sanitize machines and work areas following strict food safety procedures
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , HACCP , and food safety protocols
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
