No nights or weekends! Paid Holidays! Hybrid pay plan. $83,200-$119,500 / yr. plus bonuses. Friday early clock out bonus. A lucrative environment to repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. Close knit shop always keeping up on the latest technology to make repairs as easy as possible. We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable automotive technician. In this role, you will inspect and repair vehicles and make recommendations for automotive repairs and maintenance. Lead a team of techs to perform industry standard repairs and manufacturer specific guidelines.

Automotive Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Check vehicles to ensure the vehicle functions as designed.
• Perform advanced diagnostics with scantools or any equipment necessary to diagnose the issues
• Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle malfunctions
• Work with a service advisor to properly inform the customer of the repairs
• Test vehicle parts prior to installation / repair
• Keep accurate records of completed and outstanding jobs
• Consistently meet deadlines for completed work
