Customer Service Rep
A CSR takes orders by phone and in person for walk in customers. A CSR is responsible for taking care of all walk in customers which will include collecting payments and giving back change. A CSR is responsible for keeping the front area clean and sometimes the back area which will include dishes. A CSR in most cases will be trained in on making all products on our menu. A CSR may also be trained in on oven tending.
