Sundae Shift Leader

Are you looking for a fun, customer service focused job with opportunity for career growth? Do you have what it takes to lead a small team through a shift with success? Sundae (sundaeicecream.com) is looking for the right candidate to join our tight-knit and hardworking retail team!

Total compensation = $19.00-25.00 per hour (includes base + tips)

Part-time hourly positions available

Nighttime availability (must be available for some weekend shifts)

Seasonal or year-round employment opportunities available

Shift Leader Responsibilities :

Lead a team to success during a shift by setting the example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards

Timely and efficiently open and close the store, either alone or with a team

Maintain an elevated awareness of stock levels; confidently and timely prepare food items to uphold established par levels

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all product details and service standards; accurately communicate to others

Maintain responsible cash handling and perform closing cash out procedures accurately

Exemplify Sundae's customer service standards; execute with pride and leadership

Participate in and contribute to all staff meetings
