Responsibilities

  • Conduct telemedicine consultations, assessments, and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Provide education to patients on disease prevention, wellness, and chronic condition management
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using electronic health systems
  • Deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to diverse patient populations through telemedicine
  • Requirements

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a valid New York State license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
  • Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records
  • Spanish language skills preferred but not required
