Production Lead

We're seeking an experienced Production Site Lead with a strong background in Classic Tissue Converting

You'll lead operations for Core Machines, Embosser Laminators, and Classic Winders , ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency.

Must Have

• 10+ years of Classic Tissue Converting experience
• Technical expertise in Core Machine, Embosser Laminator, and Tissue Classic Winder
• Strong troubleshooting and equipment optimization skills
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or converting environment
