Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Home Care Nurse to join our growing team and serve the Mooresville and Charlotte locations. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide essential care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.

Qualifications :

Valid nursing license in the state of NC.

2-3 years experience in non-medical home care is preferred.

Proficiency with technology and software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help serve others.
