Position Summary
The Associate Director, Federal Government Affairs is a critical, high‑impact role responsible for enhancing and executing Bristol Myers Squibb’s strategic engagement with key stakeholders on Capitol Hill. Serving as the nexus for internal policy expertise and external Congressional outreach, the Associate Director strategically positions BMS as a trusted educational resource and policy thought leader. This outward‑facing role focuses on strategic impact, not direct lobbying, and includes developing, managing, and executing educational programs, policy events, and targeted communications initiatives.

Compensation Overview
Washington DC – US $182,070 – $220,626
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
