LPN - LVN Opportunity – Enhance Quality Care Through Compassion & Excellence
Key Responsibilities : LPN / LVN Direct Patient Care & Nursing Support
- Carries out the medical plan of care and oversees the Nursing Assistants' care of residents
- Administers and records medication, treatments, and monitoring as ordered
- Accurately transcribes physician's orders
- Completes monthly summaries and updates care plans
- Notifies the RN Supervisor of significant changes in resident’s condition
- Assists physicians with rounds, examinations, and treatments
- Supervises and directs resident care by nursing assistants
- Documents weights and vital signs and follows up as needed
- Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy environment
Qualifications : Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse Certification & Essential Skills
Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.High School / GED1+ years of experience in ANY of the following :Skilled Nursing Facility Care
Senior CareHome HealthANY of the following valid licenses / certifications :American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)ANY of the following valid licenses / certifications :Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Pennsylvania (PA)Schedule and Locations :
