• Work 12-hour night shifts in a 3x12 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend requirement
• No call requirements
• 32-bed Medical ICU unit
• Patient ratios of 2 : 1 or 3 : 1
• Float requirements to stepdown and med / surg units
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Must pass medication and math competency test with 90% minimum score
• Test covers drug actions, side effects, dosage calculations, and IV problems
• One retake allowed if initial test is failed
• 2 years of critical care experience required
• Current Arkansas nursing licensure required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CCRN certification preferred
• Black scrubs required
• Closed-toe shoes mandatory
