We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Granulation Operator to join our production team. The Granulation Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining granulation equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality granulated materials according to established specifications and procedures HOW TO APPLY : book an interview and send your resume to jhon.montana@randstadusa.com

Responsibilities

• OPERATE GRANULATION MACHINE
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot granulation equipment (e.g., fluid bed granulators, high-shear granulators).
• Set up and adjust equipment parameters to achieve desired product specifications.
• Monitor process variables and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and record data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to established protocols.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Assist with material handling and inventory management as needed.
