Assistant Director of Marketing and Revenue Generation, Athletics

The Assistant Director of Marketing and Revenue Generation plays a key role in enhancing the visibility, energy, and impact of USD Athletics through creative marketing strategies, campus engagement, and innovative revenue strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Revenue Generation and Innovation, this position helps lead efforts to grow attendance, generate excitement, and build brand affinity across USD's ticketed sports programs and beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Revenue Generation and Innovation in executing a comprehensive, long-term revenue generation strategy for USD Athletics.
• Collaborate in and support community and student outreach while driving brand recognition.
• Implement strategies for promotional planning, digital marketing, and branding to drive both revenue and engagement.
• Collaborate in and support with all aspects of the Marketing and Promotions Department.
