We are looking for an Associate Program Manager with experience in business development and customer support, ready to play an integral role in building a world-class startup community and educational resource!

Key Responsibilities

  • This cross-functional role works closely with the product managers, marketing team, and events team to build and maintain a vibrant community of founders.
  • Help our product team build and grow our mentor network, our partner network, and creator network, specifically in the Non-Profit segment.
  • Provide front-line customer support for our members on all aspects of the preferred provider and mentor programs, community forum and other community resources as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders in the entrepreneurial community.
  • Manage, curate, and create startup learning materials for the community resources library.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Required

  • 1 - 2+ years of client relationship or customer support experience in a fast-paced professional / office environment.
  • Program management experience
  • Highly interested in the startup ecosystem and passionate about learning more.
  • Strong communications skills – we move quickly and work to keep everyone informed on our progress.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional writing and grammatical skills.
  • Excellent focus and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred

  • Background in Non-Profit work
  • Previous startup experience a big plus, but not a requirement.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Knowledge of the Bay Area startup environment.
  • Works well in both team and self-directed work environments.

  • Compensation and Benefits

    The successful candidate will be based in our headquarters, the stunning Innovation Center co-working space in San Mateo which offers a wide range of amenities and free drinks and snacks. (NB : We are currently operating as optional in-office, with a hybrid return to work expected in the near future).

    Compensation for the role includes :

  • Base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 , dependent on experience.
