Responsibilities :
- Partner with 3-4 senior executives to align HR strategies with business objectives across multiple operational areas.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Lead quarterly talent reviews, including succession planning and performance calibration.
- Support leaders in achieving business goals through effective people strategies.
- Advise managers on complex performance management and disciplinary issues.
- Develop and implement structured Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Conduct and oversee investigations into employee relations and policy violations.
- Coach managers on leadership and people management best practices.
- Implement leadership and high-potential talent development programs.
- Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage HR-related risks across jurisdictions.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on regulatory matters and HR audits
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Experience : 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role.Leadership Support : Proven success partnering with senior leaders in complex, global, multi-location organizations.Technical Expertise : Strong background in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.Compliance Knowledge : In-depth understanding of employment laws across multiple countries.HR Systems : Skilled in using HR technology platforms, analytics, and program design.Investigations : Experienced in handling complex workplace and employee relations investigations.Industry Background (Preferred) : Hospitality, airline catering, event management, or food service; multinational exposure valued.Leadership Skills : Influential executive presence, change management expertise, and ability to coach senior leaders.Communication : Exceptional communication, cultural awareness, and stakeholder relationship management.Analytical Strength : Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills.Other Requirements : 25-30% travel, flexible global schedule, hands-on work in office and production environments; success measured by engagement, retention, leadership satisfaction, and compliance outcomes.
